Visual Art
Laconic and beautiful, weaved around the interconnection of a person and a city, this year's visual programme of the Bouquet Kyiv Stage invites you to enter the space imbued with art. To hear the voices of those who had been changing and filling it once, and who is doing it nowadays.

Peculiar voices will "sound" at the exhibition "The City of People: Artists of the 1960s' Graphics", where works by Oleksandr Dubovyk, Oleksandr Levych, Oleksii Zakharchuk, Mykhailo Vainshtein, Viktor Zaretskyi and Alla Horska will be demonstrated. Curator's consultation will be provided by Olha Balashova and Lizaveta Herman.

Painter Oleksandr Dubovyk, whom the Bouquet Kyiv Stage owes with its symbol – the Bouquet, - will also present the exhibition of his works which have not been exhibited before. Its title is "A Memory of the Future".

And M. Bulgakov Literature Memorial Museum is preparing a special installation about a strong bond between the city and the artist – "M. Bulgakov's Alma Mater".

One more amazing exhibition – "Tini" (The Shadows) will be presented by the art workshop GORN. It invites you into a world where creatures of clay and copper are trying to remember a happy place where they have come from. Each sculpture, taciturn and immobile, starts "talking" to approaching visitors. Each one is a voice of one of the eight states – despair, speculative philosophizing, self-praise, care taken in ignorance, the illusion of protection, demonstrative happiness and the state of holy sinners. ⠀
Visual art is a powerful voice, with which not only people-creators but also places and cities speak to us. And the Bouquet Kyiv Stage-2020 offers you one more chance to hear this voice and join the dialogue when neither time, nor space impede the communication.
